People were looking down, not smiling, and especially not friendly in the least bit. It took me about 2 seconds inside the complex to understand there were some very unhappy people here. As a result I went in with an open mind and wanted to address this at the interview just to allay my fears and hope they weren't true. I had already had some concerns about the company because of the things that were written in Glassdoor by the employees, but I also do understand that even the best of companies have disgruntled employees. I was told I was going to interview with the HR VP and the Director of the department I would be working in. They just said they wanted to bring me in. I found that odd because every single management position I've applied for has had a screening process with at least an HR person and usually the hiring manager and/or Director of the department. ![]() I got a phone call from the recruiter, whom was very pleasant and nice, saying that they wanted to bring me in for an interview. The single worst interview I have ever participated in.
